As a part of an experiment, she developed a drug to change her older brother into a woman – something Mihari loves doing with her little sister as an experiment. With Mihari’s help, her sibling will regain their social butterfly qualities after living an isolated lifestyle for so long.
Mihari is going through her own challenges as well, such as dealing with having a daughter that looks exactly like her and trying to be as loving and motherly as possible in raising her.
This series is ideal for fans of gender-bender manga. The anime features comedic scenes involving bathing scenes, visits to the bathroom and daily struggles of being an isolated individual, as well as having some strong lessons about self-care for its protagonist. Shingo Fujii (Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation Episode 11 storyboards) does an outstanding job pacing his episodes.
Miyo’s Experiment
Mihari is a grade-skipping wunderkind scientist who has been conducting experiments on animals with the purpose of testing out sex change drugs, which she accidently administered to Mahiro and transformed him into female form. Mahiro wasn’t too pleased about it at first; but Mihari claims she is trying to help socialize him more thoroughly as part of her research project.
He and his friends Momiji, Asahi and Miyo spend the night at Mihari?s younger sister?s home. While conversing about school life and playing video games, Mahiro becomes unwittingly involved in an intense game of rock-paper-scissors that causes Mahiro to urinate in the middle of the night.
Mahiro discovers that he can no longer do the things he once enjoyed doing, such as visiting the boys? restroom or changing in front of other girls. In turn, this gives him newfound appreciation for his own decup assets.
